We built a new yard for four storage tanks produced in C category,
each of which with a 11,600 cubic metre capacity,
and a firefighting station serving the whole storage area made up of six 600 m3/h motorised pumps and two 50 m3/h electrical pumps.
The complexity of the project consisted of the need to erect large buildings and plants at a site near the lagoon on non-solid ground.
The largest projects developed were:
- A new yard for four storage tanks produced in C category, each of which with a 11,600 cubic metre capacity, for the purposes of reinforcing the works’ movement capacity.
- The upgrading of a tank yard for the holding, storage and loading of jet fuels in accordance with quality guarantee protocols for the type of product managed.
- Studying a new mooring configuration for chemical and petroleum tankers and a firefighting station for the whole storage area made up of six 600 m3/h motorised pumps and two 50 m3/h electrical pumps following on from the need for lagoon profile embankments to reduce pollution in the Venetian lagoon.
